At Medical City Healthcare, we are committed to your comfort throughout your stay. As part of this commitment, we are pleased to offer you our specialized menu that has been developed by our team of registered dietitians and executive chefs to please your palate and meet your nutritional needs. Enjoy!

How does your meal service work?

Upon admission, your room service ambassador or nurse will provide you with a menu tailored to your diet. If your diet order changes throughout your stay, your room service hosts/hostess or nurse will provide you with a new menu that reflects your new diet.


  • The Room Service Call Center is open at the following times to take your calls:
    • 7 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
    • 11 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
    • 4 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • To place your order, press the ON/OFF button on the phone in your room and please dial *5858.
  • Food will be prepared to your specifications and served to you within 60 minutes.

Guest trays can be ordered through the call-center if you have a guest who wants to dine in with you. Guest trays are $13. Only credit/debit cards are accepted forms of payment.

Cafeteria hours for guests - open daily

  • Breakfast: 7 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
  • Lunch: 11 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
