Medical City Healthcare Plus Care Network is pleased to offer this list of long-term acute care hospitals.

Long-term acute care hospitals provide treatment for patients with serious medical conditions who need ongoing care but who no longer require intensive care or extensive procedures. Patients often come from ICU and require more care than they can receive in a rehabilitation center.

Medical City Healthcare Plus Care Network shares this information to help you make an informed decision. It is the patient's right and responsibility to choose their post-hospital facility/agency.
