New employee orientation

We are excited you have chosen to join our exemplary team of professionals at our premier HCA Healthcare facilities in the North Texas Division, also known as Medical City Healthcare (MCH). You were selected because we are confident you will be an asset to the team as we provide high-quality healthcare to the communities we serve.

All Medical City Healthcare employees will complete new employee orientation, beginning on Monday Day 1 of employment at your own facility. This required compliance training is to be completed “before providing care, treatment, or services” according to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), The Joint Commission for accreditation of healthcare organizations (TJC), and our HCA Corporate Orientation Policy. Once you have completed the pre-boarding steps and been informed by your HR representative that you are cleared to start your job, you will be notified by your MCH Onboarding Team with detailed instructions. Please watch your Inbox (and Junk folder) for this official “Medical City Healthcare Orientation” notice, emailed by Friday noon before your Day 1 start date.

Also watch for email communication from your local facility’s HR regarding required Facility-Specific Orientation or HR Touchpoint which occurs on Monday Day 1..

Note: Some portions of your orientation may be online from home, and some portions may be in person. Your orientation email will specify.

The HCA Healthcare Center for Clinical Advancement (HHCCA) in North Texas Division is located in Hall Park district of Frisco, Texas. This state-of-the-art training center (comprised of conference rooms, innovation areas, and an impressive high-fidelity simulation/debriefing wing), along with highly skilled educators, offers nurses and clinicians the ability to expand their clinical knowledge and advance their expertise in a safe and supportive environment.
