  • Have four-hour shifts with the help of another adult or older child. Consider spreading your work over seven days instead of five
  • Form or join a co-op for babysitting with several other parents
  • Move in a friend, family member or babysitter as part of your social support network
  • Take advantage of time during your child’s activities such as naps, movies and projects
  • Expand your social network and ask for help.
