
Adam Proctor has been named chief financial officer (CFO) at Medical City Denton. He replaces Miah Stutts, who took a position with Medical City Healthcare's parent company, HCA Healthcare, in Virginia.
As CFO, Proctor is responsible for all financial departments, including finance, patient registration, health information management, case management, accounts payable, revenue integrity and supply chain.
Proctor has more than 15 years of accounting and finance experience, 13 of which are in healthcare. He most recently served as division controller with HCA Healthcare in Kansas City, Missouri, and previously was controller at Medical City Fort Worth, from 2015 to 2017.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Longwood University.
