We have surgeons on-call 24/7 who can be at the hospital within 30 minutes of notification to ensure prompt surgical trauma care.
Our trauma center has established relationships with local Emergency Medical Service (EMS) providers for pre-arrival notification, appropriate documentation and excellent pre-hospital care.

Arriving for emergency services
Our ER is located off of Ray Dunning Boulevard on the Medical City Lewisville hospital campus. There are two entrances, adult and pediatric, with a loading zone so you can pull up directly to the lobby doors. Parking is free and available in the hospital's parking lot. We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, every day of the year.
