If you have any questions leading up to your visit, let us know and we will do our best to answer them.
Parking
Free ground-floor parking allows easy access to emergency, main and outpatient entrances.
Visiting hours
To best accommodate our patients and their families, we offer flexible visitation. Please respect quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM during your visit.
A parent or guardian must remain with patients under 18 years old at all times.
Accessibility services (ADA accommodations)
We strive to make our facility accessible to all visitors. Wheelchairs are available at the main entrance, and all public areas are designed for accessibility. If you need assistance, please speak with a staff member.
Cafeteria
The hospital cafeteria is open weekdays. Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 AM, and lunch from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM. The cafeteria is closed on weekends.
Security
The Sachse Police Department maintains a daily presence on campus, ensuring a secure environment. In the evenings, Medical City Sachse's dedicated onsite security team is readily available to address any concerns, provide assistance, and manage lost and found.
Social services
Patients sometimes require special needs while in the hospital and when planning to return home. Our licensed social workers and case managers provide a variety of services to assist patients, their families and friends. Please tell your nurse if you would like to connect with a social worker.
Spiritual support & chapel
The hospital chapel is located in the main lobby. The Chapel is open at all times to every denomination.
Chaplains are available to provide spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and friends. To request chaplain services, call the Hospital Operator or tell your nurse you would like a chaplain visit.
Smoking policy
Smoking and tobacco use are not permitted anywhere on the hospital grounds, including outdoor areas and parking lots. Thank you for helping us maintain a healthy environment.
Valuables and personal belongings
We request that you leave all valuables at home. Medical City Sachse does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen valuables or personal items. If necessary, your nurse can arrange to store small items in the hospital safe.
