Participating insurance plans
We accept all forms of government insurance from the U.S., Canada and other countries. We also accept Medicare, Medicaid, Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Uniformed Services (CHAMPUS), and workers compensation.

Advance directives are legal documents that allow you to give directions for your future medical care. Advance directives help you protect your right to request or refuse care.

Internet Access
Wireless (Wi-Fi) Internet access is available throughout the hospital, including patient rooms and public areas, free of charge for the convenience of our patients and guests. To log onto the network simply select Guest_Access from any wireless device and click agree to join the network. The network does not require a password or username.
Security
Uniformed security guards are available on the medical campus 24 hours a day for the benefit of patients and visitors. If you or your family need escort services to a parked vehicle, contact the Hospital Operator.
Valuables and Personal Belongings
We request that you leave all valuables at home. Medical City Frisco does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen valuables or personal items. If necessary, your nurse can arrange to store small items in the hospital safe.

Comfort Suites at Frisco Square
Located at 9700 Dallas Parkway (less than a mile from our facility) provides discounted lodging for patients and family members of patients at Medical City Frisco. When booking, please ask for the Medical City Frisco Patient and Family Rate. The Comfort Suites also provides free shuttle service for their guests Mon - Fri: 7:00am – 7:00pm, with reservations. Aloft Frisco
Located at 3202 Parkwood Boulevard in the Frisco business district (less than five miles from our facility), Aloft Frisco provides discounted lodging for patients and family members of patients at Medical City Frisco. When booking, please ask for the Medical City Frisco Patient and Family Rate. Aloft Frisco also provides free shuttle service for their guests and is conveniently located near a major shopping and dining hub. Please call to book your room at (972) 668-6011.
