Matthew Sartorius named Medical City Fort Worth COO

Sartorius will oversee hospital operations and work with senior leadership and management to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

Matthew Sartorius has been named chief operating officer (COO) at Medical City Fort Worth. 

In this role, Sartorius will oversee hospital operations and work closely with medical staff leadership, senior leadership and management to ensure high-quality, compassionate care and unparalleled patient service. 

Before joining Medical City Fort Worth, Sartorius served as COO for Abrazo Arrowhead Hospital, Abrazo Surprise Hospital and an off-campus emergency department. He has also held other leadership positions including vice president of operations at HCA Healthcare’s StoneSprings Hospital Center, and associate administrator at Memorial Hospital Jacksonville.

Matthew earned a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Health Administration from the University of North Florida, Jacksonville. He is an active American College of Healthcare Executives member and has been recognized for his leadership and contributions to the healthcare industry.
