Medical City Alliance is a three-story, 155,000-square-foot facility with the ability to expand up to six floors. Medical City Alliance offers world class health care with a personalized approach. The hospital is conveniently located on the east side of Interstate 35W in Fort Worth near the intersection of U.S. 81 and 287. Medical City Alliance serves families from Fort Worth, Keller, Haslet, Saginaw and surrounding communities in Tarrant County.
First Floor - Welcome / Surgical
Medical City Alliance is a three story, 155,000-square-foot hospital that opened to serve families in North Fort Worth and Tarrant County in 2015.
As guests enter Medical City Alliance, they are met by a modern, soothing, attractive décor and atmosphere. The main floor includes a reception area, gift shop, and coffee bar. Visitors are assisted by friendly volunteers, drawn from nearby neighborhoods.
The first floor is home to a state-of-the-art surgical department including:
- MRI
- da Vinci® Robot
- Cath Lab
- Nuclear Medicine
- Endoscopy
- Stress test unit
- Echocardiogram center
- CT and general radiology room
The first floor also includes:
- Pharmacy
- Lab
- Administration suite
- Environmental services and plant operations

Second Floor - Maternity
From the moment a woman discovers she’s pregnant, a dedicated team is ready to guide her on the journey of bringing a child into the world. All labor and delivery and antepartum nurses boast a long tenure and total commitment to giving babies and their families the best care available in North Texas.
Our Level III NICU has eight private rooms, and is equipped with state-of-the-art, intensive care nursery technology. We have assembled a team of award winning neonatologists, perinatologists, nurses, therapists, and other health care specialists to provide care to these special infants.
After delivery, Medical City Alliance’s patient commitment continues with extensive education classes including breastfeeding and proper child safety techniques.
