Inpatient rehabilitation admission criteria
Candidates for our inpatient care program typically have:
- A certain level of inability to perform self-care or mobility activities
- A reasonable expectation that rehabilitation will lead to an increase in abilities to function independently
- A clear, demonstrated need of medical necessity for inpatient rehabilitation
Inpatient rehabilitation isn't right for everyone, sometimes other long-term or acute care is needed. However, if you believe a person may benefit from our services, please call us at (972) 310-1865 or (972) 369-6432. A member of our staff will perform an assessment at no charge.
Inpatient rehabilitation requires a physician's order. Patients may also ask their physician to initiate a referral.
