For visitors

Free valet parking is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the hospital's main entrance, the Medical Office Building (MOB) entrance located at 4510 Medical Center Drive, and the breezeway between the hospital and the MOB.

Visiting hours are 7:00am to 9:00pm every day, except for the ICU (every day from 6:00am to 9:00pm)

A parent or guardian must remain with patients under 18 years old at all times.

Two visitors are allowed per patient at a time. Additional visitors may wait in designated waiting areas.

Please respect quiet hours and patient privacy during your visit.

We strive to make our facility accessible to all visitors. Wheelchairs are available at the main entrance, and all public areas are designed for accessibility. If you need assistance, please speak with a staff member.

Our hospital cafeteria is located on the first floor near our main lobby and is open for breakfast Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 10:00am and lunch from 11:00am to 2:00pm Grill service hours and days may vary.

Visitors can also enjoy the Subway restaurant inside the cafeteria, open seven days a week from 6:00am to 10:00pm

Medical City McKinney's gift shop offers snacks, flowers and personal items. It is located in our main lobby and is open Monday through Thursday from 9:00am to 4:00pm and Fridays from 9:00am to noon, although hours may vary.

Interpreter services are available 24/7 for non-English-speaking patients and families. For assistance, please call (855) 663-1231. The hospital also has AMN devices available throughout the facility.

Medical City McKinney has a dedicated 24-hour security team patrolling the campus. They respond promptly to concerns, requests, and lost and found inquiries. Call (972) 540-4671 for security assistance or dial *54671 from any hospital phone.

Patients sometimes require special needs while in the hospital and when planning to return home. Our licensed social workers and case managers provide a variety of services to assist patients, their families and friends. Please tell your nurse if you would like to connect with a social worker.

The hospital chapel is located near the main lobby next to the emergency room. The chapel is open at all times to every denomination.

Chaplains are available to provide spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and friends. To request chaplain services, call the hospital operator or tell your nurse you would like a chaplain visit.

Smoking and tobacco use are not permitted anywhere on the hospital grounds, including outdoor areas and parking lots. Thank you for helping us maintain a healthy environment.
