Chief Executive Officer

Allen Marsh, FACHE, has served as chief executive officer for Medical City Weatherford since December 2024.

Marsh brings more than two decades of healthcare leadership experience. Prior to this role, he was chief operating officer (COO) at Medical City McKinney (2023-2024) and COO of Medical City Lewisville (2019-2013). He previously served as VP of orthopedic, neuroscience and spine services at HCA Healthcare’s Continental Division.

Marsh earned a Master of Health Administration and a Master in Business Administration from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Georgia. He is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. 

Chief Financial Officer

Anthony Villagran was named Chief Financial Officer for Medical City Weatherford in August 2022. He previously served in the same position at Medical City McKinney and Medical City Alliance.

Villagran also held the title of Ethics & Compliance Officer at Medical City Alliance. He came to North Texas from HCA Healthcare's San Antonio Division, where he worked as an Assistant Controller, Controller and Vice President of Finance from 2008 to 2014.

His career with Medical City Healthcare began at Medical City Arlington, where he as Vice President of Finance before moving to Medical City Alliance in December 2014.

Chief Nursing Officer

Amy Jackson, MSN, BSN, RN, NE-BC, joined Medical City Weatherford as chief nursing officer in November 2024. In this role, Jackson oversees nursing operations, ensuring quality patient care, compliance and staff development.

Prior to this role, Jackson served as assistant CNO at Medical City Heart Hospital and Medical City Spine Hospital, where she helped lead successful re-designations for Magnet and triennial Joint Commission surveys, among her accomplishments.

Jackson began her career with Medical City Healthcare in 2016 and quickly advanced with progressive leadership roles, including director of neurosurgical services, director of surgical services, administrative director of surgical and cardiovascular services, and the VP of procedural services at Medical City Fort Worth.

Jackson earned a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Vice President of Operations

Mercedes Soto joined Medical City Weatherford in November 2024 as vice president of operations.

In this role, Soto collaborates with leadership to support strategic planning, budget management and process improvement while ensuring efficiency, quality and compliance.

Soto previously served as associate administrator at Medical City Arlington, providing strategic direction and operational leadership across key departments.

Soto earned a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from Trinity University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science Studies, with a minor in Business Administration from Baylor University.
