Email a Patient

We would be happy to deliver an e-mail for you to a friend or family member who is a patient at Medical City Plano. Fill out the form with as much information as possible, and we will do the rest! Just think how much a patient would love to hear, "you've got mail!"

There are some limitations to this service. Your message will be delivered by one of our volunteers Monday - Friday. Any e-mail received after hours will be delivered the next business day. Every effort will be made to ensure your greeting is received in a timely manner. Unfortunately there is no way for us to provide you with a response from a patient to whom you send an e-mail.
