Getting to your surgery appointment
Please check in at the registration desk located on the first floor of the Medical City Plano hospital main lobby. You may park in reserved visitors/patient parking on the north side of the emergency room (ER). Complimentary valet parking is also available.
After parking, enter the building at the door marked "Registration" and proceed to the registration desk. After you register, we will direct you to where you need to go. Please bring your insurance card and driver’s license or identification card to your appointment.
