At Medical City Green Oaks, you have access to receive care 24/7; just come to our hospital lobby, check in and be seen by a specially trained licensed mental health professional, and if appropriate, a psychiatrist, psychiatric nurses and therapists. We realize that if you are suffering a behavioral health episode, you want to be in a safe environment to receive the care you need.
Our hospital offers a comfortable atmosphere to help address your crisis for any mental health condition or substance use disorder; addressing your specific needs so you do not have to wait in an inappropriate setting such as a hospital emergency room.
Medical City Green Oaks is committed to the most-cutting edge, effective clinical practices. As a private psychiatric hospital, we accept most insurance plans including Medicaid and Medicare.
We also offer outpatient psychiatric services conveniently located across the street from our Medical City Dallas hospital (ages 12+), as well as on the Medical City Plano campus (ages 12+).
Medical City Green Oaks designed a Telepsychiatry service. Our psychiatrists are available to help patients in any of our Medical City Healthcare facilities, by receiving a psychiatric consultation and transfer to an appropriate psychiatric setting.
