IM Prelim

The inpatient hospitalist service at Medical City Weatherford allows for exposure to a board spectrum of pathology among hospitalized patients. Interns will work alongside Residents as well as third and fourth year Medical Students. Hospitalist attending physicians are responsible for overall supervision of patient care and teaching. Rounds are conducted daily. Shifts are 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. or 7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. on assigned nights.

  • General Internal Medicine (Wards) - 3 months
  • Emergency Medicine - 1 month
  • Elective - 3 months
