Chief Executive Officer of Medical City North Hills
Mark Deno, FACHE, joined Medical City Healthcare as CEO of Medical City North Hills in August 2019. Mark has been part of HCA Healthcare since 2014. He previously served as Chief Operating Officer at The Medical Center of Aurora, Colorado.
Mark has a proven record of driving results, supporting growth initiatives, and improving patient outcomes. His career began overseeing surgery centers in Colorado and Texas, including two years as CEO of HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Arlington.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University and a Masters of Business Administration from American Intercontinental University.
Chief Nursing Officer
As Chief Nursing Officer, at Medical City North Hills, John Marker, RN, MSN, MBA, provides leadership and guidance for all clinical nursing staff.
Marker came to North Texas from Women’s & Children’s Hospital in Lafayette, Louisiana, where he had been chief nursing officer since 2009. During that time, he helped reduce nursing turnover by almost half while boosting patient satisfaction. Marker also assisted with long-term strategic planning and was responsible for more than 500 staff members. Previously, Marker was associate chief nursing officer at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas.
Marker received a Master of Science in Nursing from Wichita State University, where he also obtained a Bachelor of Health Science and a MBA. He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Newman University in Kansas. In addition, Marker is a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Jeff M. Ardemagni
Chief Financial Officer
Jeff Ardemagni brings more than 19 years of healthcare experience to his leadership role at Medical City North Hills. He also serves as chief financial officer at Medical City Arlington.
Ardemagni previously served as VP of Finance of Medical City Plano, Administrative Director of Finance at Medical City McKinney, Associate Controller in the HCA Executive CFO Development Program at Medical City Plano and Reimbursement Coordinator in the HCA Corporate Reimbursement Department.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting at the University of Arkansas Little Rock and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Financial Management from the University of Arkansas.
