Nurse Navigators and Survivorship

Our Sarah Cannon Nurse Navigators and Survivorship Navigators are members of the patient’s multidisciplinary care team and serve as advocates and educators, from helping arrange the first doctor’s appointment through the end of the cancer journey and into survivorship.
